Soul Food Live with Eat, Flourish, Nourish

Join us live every Tuesday in late September for just 5 weeks, for (Zoom) Live cooking masterclasses with Carey Davis-Munro. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be the master chef by any means!

Food and wellbeing coach, Carey Davis-Munro’s new book launches this Christmas, and in the lead up to it, we’re bringing Soulhubbers, Soul Food September.

Each Tuesday evening at 6pm, you can join Carey to discover new recipes, but also new ways of cooking healthy, which you never knew before. Charismatically, Carey will lead you through the cooking prep and show you how it’s done, with ease and fun. You can ask questions along the way. As a wellbeing coach, Carey will also be talking about how you transform your relationship with food.

You will finish each session by 7pm, in time for dinner with your family, self or friends.

Part of the fun, is that you get to cook along side friends, and others – so it’s a great social event. Ask your friends to join you, so you can see how their cooking goes!! Although it’s not a competition, right!?

We’ve created 5 sessions cooking the following beautiful recipes which will also feature in Carey’s new book ‘Eat, Nourish, Flourish – The 12 Step Healthy Family Food Plan’

Late Sept/ Oct

Mushroom, tarragon and lemon risotto with balsamic roasted tomatoes

Spicy bean fajitas with homemade guacamole and salsa
