Soulhub Godwick Hall Spring Retreat

7-9 March 2020

Godwick Hall & Great Barn

Open up that heart. Move into spring, ready to see what opens up for you, and come out of hibernation from the winter months.

Join the Soulhub team for 2 nights in the most beautiful setting in Norfolk. As you know, we create teams which we know work well together, have beautiful souls, are authentic beings and love doing this work. This is at the heart of all of our work, especially our retreats.

We’d love you to join us. If you rarely take time for yourself. If you just can’t find the time normally, and want to be nourished. This retreat is for you. Too busy working. Too busy looking after the family. Then please take this time for you. We have created a weekend whereby we will take care of you. It’s your time.

Carmen, the Founder of Soulhub will join us from her Sole2Soul walk of the British Isles. She’ll be full of stories, and will be incredibly grounded from 2 months of walking the coastline. As an integrative therapist, her work brings her close to nature, and thrives off deep connections.

Carmen is joined by Harriet. A beautiful soul, inside and out. Harriet works with the body through yoga practices. She knows how to be gentle, and how to give you and your body and mind what it needs. She works in Richmond London, is a mother to two gorgeous boys, and will bring her spirit and energy into the retreat to give you what you need.

We’re hosted and joined by Joel Garner. Carmen and Joel have known each other for 25 years, and Carmen has seen Joel create Godwick Hall from conception to full embodiment. It’s been a pure project of passion and love, and so we know you will feel at home as soon as you drive up the driveway.

Set in rural Norfolk, Godwick Hall is home to a boutique B&B. Set in 100 acres of parkland, Godwick Hall is a stunning luxury large house, with seven beautiful bedrooms, set in landscaped gardens with heated pool, there are seven luxurious bedrooms, one reception room, a games room, conservatory and a large country kitchen.

Outside, within the grounds, near the sheep and between the trees, you’ll also find the Shepherd’s Huts, a more rural but beautiful option.

We fully recognise how important time is. So we’ve carefully created time for you to be. To sit quietly. To move your body. Yoga. To create intention. To eat. Sleep. And to gently explore.

We will take you out to the beach, to historical gems, and give you plenty of time to enjoy your surroundings. The food is exceptional.
