Our raison d’être is to understand who we are and why we are the way we are. All our team and work is to help others become more conscious.

We have created a pool of charities which align to our core beliefs that will benefit from the work we do as we create more and more Soulwalks around the UK.

ASCA – Addiction Support and Care Agency 

Provide therapy for addicts and carers. The charity are based in Richmond and Kingston and Carmen worked there for 3 years.

ASCA is a small local independent community based on organisation with almost 30 years of experience providing support to people with a range of addiction issues as well as the family members, carers and friends affected by someone else’s addiction. We provide services to the London borough of Richmond and the Royal Borough of Kingston and surrounding areas.

Grow

Grow has been running courses for over 8 years, welcoming people for all over Sussex to get outdoors, reconnect with nature and improve their wellbeing. They run training programmes, inspire and rejuvenate and connect communities.

Trees for beauty

£8 enables one tree to be planted in Scotland.

 South West Coast Path Association

We expect to bring Soulwalks in 2021 and beyond, to the South West Coast Path. In particular we love their ‘Couch to Coast‘ part of this Connecting Actively to Nature (CAN) initiative, encouraging people to get out and walk 5kms.
