As part of our “bridging worlds” mission we aim to encourage healthier and happier communities through joyful music and dancing for all. Led by Soulhub co-creator Andrew Cuerden, former BBC Strictly Come Dancing Professional and top international dance sport competitor and performer.

RICHMOND DANCE AL FRESCO at Tide Tables Cafe next to Richmond Bridge
Weather permitting, join us at sunset for sundowners and dancing into the night!
A joyful “Walk in-Dance Out” community event held under the giant London Plane tress by the river outside Tide Tables Cafe, nestled under the Richmond Bridge. Dance Al Fresco is part of our vision to encourage healthier and happier communities by ‘bridging worlds’ through the magic of music and dance.
Whether you’re just watching or taking part as an absolute beginner or avid social dancer, you can enjoy the tasty delights of the cafe as well as the joyful delights of dance.
It’s a perfect event for the whole family, including your dog, to enjoy a mix of social Ballroom, Latin and Argentine Tango dancing with expert tuition from local BBC Strictly Come Dancing professional Andrew Cuerden
You’re welcome to just sit and watch the dancing or you can donate and take part. Classes are great fun for all levels, but aimed primarily at beginners.
Events are held every New Year’s Day and then once a month during the summer from Apr-Sept.
Start times are variable due to sunset times but generally events starts one hour before sunset.
