Teresa Lipinski

Gift: Using singing to support people in their health and wellbeing. A singing for health and well-being facilitator.

Biography: Teresa Lipinski is a singing for health and well-being facilitator and a classically trained singer, studying music at Sheffield University. She is passionate about the transformative power of music and loves connecting with people and communities through singing.

She works with a wide range of people, including those living with Parkinson’s, dementia and long-term respiratory conditions, as well as women’s groups, school children, toddlers and hospital patients. Her workshops weave together elements of relaxation, breath work and singing, giving you a glimpse of the magic that happens when people sing together. You will learn some lovely folk songs from around the world in simple harmonies.

Why we love Teresa? She’s been a lifelong friend of Carmen, and has observed Soulhub since it’s inception. Having found her own joy in using her singing teaching to support others in their health and wellbeing, now is the perfect time for her to join the Soulhub Team. Her personality and teachings have a certain magical energy about them. She is clearly passionate about her work, and people, and it shows in what and how she does it. Whether you’ve sung before, or struggle with confidence around singing, you’ll be gently encouraged and leave feeling uplifted and heard.

Location: West Yorkshire and online.
