Our sanctuary or wellbeing space are held in beautiful bespoke places, created for you to go within, explore, feel, sense and self-discover who you are. With our support, love and holding. We’re about balance. Fun is a must.
We have a number of collaboration and partnerships, with only the best. Venues, therapists, caterers who all ridiculously committed to doing the best for us and others.
We offer one day workshops or longer retreats. Each sanctuary offering something different. From deep therapeutic processes to light enjoyable times. Some focus on food and yoga. Others on being active and periods of rest. What’s important is it feels right for you. That you enjoy it. You heart says yes. Your gut is already signing up….
