Sarah has a degree in Visual and Performing Arts from Brighton University and a Post Graduate in Acting from the Oxford School of Drama. She teaches Drama and English for the Hospital service in Bristol and is a Hatha yoga instructor. Her teaching is influenced by years of ‘moving’ whether it be through dance, performance or through water! She has always swum and was a pool and beach lifeguard from her teens until the end of her degree.
She teaches yoga in Bristol, Clevedon and with Open Minds Active. She can be found at sunrise. Thursday mornings (when not in lockdown) in Marine Lake in Clevedon. She lives with her husband and 3 children in Bristol.
Why did we cross paths?
Sarah is a friend of our copywriter Natalie Hewlett, and when Natalie suggested that we should make contact, I trusted her implicitly. We spoke on the phone, during COVID as I walked in Richmond Park, realising that we have similar memories. Not only because we know Clevedon and Bristol, but because of the love of the sea and water. I sense we might have more, when we meet…
What’s Sarah’s offering to Soulhub Journal Collective?
About swimming. About wild. Swimming. And you’ll love it.
