Be Well Wednesday’s

Be Well Walks

We have created two walking meditations for anyone who visits or lives in Richmond to find deeper presence and peace through embodied awareness. What does that mean? It will help you relax and if you’re after it, feel inspired.

Be Well Walk 1 – ‘Green and Grounding’ walk with Andrew Cuerden. Starts and finishes at Richmond Station across Richmond Green to the river and back.

Be Well Walk 2 –  ‘Flow of Inspiration’ walk with Carmen Rendell. Starts and finishes at Whittaker Avenue, along the river to Petersham Meadow and back.

Both are approximately 20 minutes, and you can either download the audi below, or you can scan the QR codes on the lampposts along the route.

Be Well Wednesdays

Be Well Wednesday’s are aimed at people living and working in the town, and it’s hoped the new initiative will provide a healthy lunchtime respite from the busy working week.

Be Well Wednesdays offer lunchtime activities to provide a healthy respite from your bustling working day,” said Anna Bromley, Be Richmond’s Marketing Manager.

“They are designed to be a relaxing and revitalising midweek pause from the relentless demands of modern life.

“Stepping away from tasks and engaging in different pursuits during your break can recharge you mentally and physically, enhancing both well-being and productivity,” she added.
