Pete Warnock leads an immersive weekend for you to make your breath-work for you.

You will explore various ways of breathing, sounding, moving, listening and perceiving to open us up to more energy, more surrender and more bliss of the unfolding mystery of the moment.

It is a breath-work workshop, an energy work workshop, a conscious human sound and vibration workshop, and a meditation workshop that includes an ecstatic dance session – it awakens us to deeper levels of consciousness that can be explored anywhere and any time.

It is an integration of ancient and modern wisdom to unlock the power of the mystics in our every-day life.

This 2 day immersive exploration is an opportunity to go deep inside with breath, energy and awareness.

Timing for the days is Saturday 10am-10pm and Sunday 10am-5pm
