Are you ready to Step into Love?

Together, with our partners at the Feel Good Hub, we have crafted a beautiful challenge where we’ll take one self-love action each day either by ourselves or with other people in celebration of Valentine’s week.

Whether you’re spending Valentine’s week with a loved one, or you’re indulging in a week of self-love, our Step into Love campaign will leave you blossoming and glistening to your heart’s content.

Every day, starting on Monday 12 February, we invite you to connect with yourself and remind yourself of just how much love is within and around you. We have some powerful moments and tools to support you this week, and we can’t wait to see what shows up along with the experience!

We’ve crafted some perfect ideas such as meditations and prompts for you to connect to ‘self-love’, as we really believe it’s at the core of much of our angst, depression and troubles in the world, and we want to shift back to where we can find acceptance and love for who we are as human beings – perfectly imperfect.

  • Day 1 – Let’s journal about self-love
  • Day 2 – Listen to the Soulhub meditation
  • Day 3 – Write a poem
  • Day 4 – Make time for someone we love
  • Day 5 – Have a creative date

  • Day 7 – Invite in moments of joy
