Carmen Rendell, Founder and Walking Therapist launched her Soulwalking to Inner Peace during lockdown to give people a toolkit for them to explore whilst our for their daily walks. This includes meditations in nature, heart meditations and experiential tasks which ask you to look at topics such as surrender, flow, intention, purpose and mind/body connection.
