In collaboration with BeRichmond, the Soulhub Team hosted workshops, 1-2-1 clinics, mediations, Be Well Walks, singing and movement sessions for the local Richmond community.
The Wellbeing Weekend was designed to deliver inspiration and exploration on ways to boost you and your family’s wellbeing as well as gathering people together who are passionate about health and wellbeing.
Below was the overarching schedule, with tickets free for all. The advers weather meant that some sessions went online on Sunday, and others were cancelled, but overall, a wonderful day for the local community.
Saturday 15th July
10 -11am Soulwalk (Be Well Walk) with Carmen Rendell & Andrew Cuerden
A gentle walk along the Richmond riverside integrating wellbeing tools to support your mental and physical health.
10 – 11am Breathe – Move – Meditate with Harriet MacMasters-Green
Join Harriet for a relaxed breath and qi gong infused standing movement session; blending mindfulness and energy wisdoms, designed to help soothe your nervous system and enrich your mind. All are welcome here.
11.15 – 12.15pm Singing for Fun with Marta Radwan
“Singing For Fun” workshop, led by award-winning vocalist and musical director Marta Radwan. Hailing from Poland and with over 30 years experience in musical performance, including being the MD of Brunel University London “Singing For Fun” group, Offbeat Choir Richmond and many other choirs around London and beyond. Marta will provide an energetic session of cheerful vocal warm-ups and happy tunes to make everyone energised and smiling. No previous vocal experience required. A lot of enthusiasm necessary.
1 – 2pm Qi-Gong with Praveen Kothakota
An introduction into the ancient art of Chi-Gong. All levels welcome.
2.30 – 3.30pm Fun Improv Games with Duncan Alldridge
A fun family friendly session with improvisation and games for those looking to connect to their playful side.
4 – 5pm Sundown Yoga with Emily Brett
Come and chill out with Emily at our effortless sundown yoga class that will leave you relaxed and ready for whatever your evening has in store. Where whatever feels comfortable, and this class is suitable for everyone.

4 – 5pm Abundance Mediation with Nancy Joyce Hunter
If you want to calm your nervous system, and bring more joy and abundance into your life, join Intuitive Creative Conscious Coach Nancy for a beautiful meditation session.
